TJ, Monique and Due North Marketing

Due North Marketing is based in Sturgeon Falls, in West Nipissing. TJ Quesnel and Monique are the people behind the business, which has been serving website clients since 1996. Its work includes websites, hosting, search visibility and advertising for small businesses, lodges and tourism operators. Ontario Grouse Hunting carries that local approach into an outdoor guide: plain wording, useful links and a northern camp feel.

This website keeps much of the wording from the original Ontario Grouse Hunting site, with light edits and new page placement. New guides add bird biology, regional coverage, trip preparation and camp-journal reading. Real camp photographs and credited bird photographs sit alongside the grouse drawings. The aim is a site that feels at home with boots by the door and a map on the table, while giving visitors enough detail to make their next step useful.

The guides and the camp journal

The species pages explain the birds and link to identification references. The regional pages help you choose a base and think through travel and access questions. They are not lists of promised hunting spots. The camp journal adds longer reading about autumn trips, food, habitat, nesting and chick care. A printable packing list helps turn the reading into a trip folder you can take along.

Biology and food-handling pages name their sources. Hunting rules remain the responsibility of the provincial and federal authorities. Check their current pages for your species, destination and dates. A useful guide points you towards those answers without pretending that one set of dates or one general road description suits every Ontario trip.
